none of them have crawled up her back yet but one of them has just started moving his little legs i count ten so far

Nice! How exciting for you! Now You'll have to get some fruit flies going. They are too small for all but week old crickets. I recommend Drosophila hydei. They are a bit bigger and flightless.

pet smart sells drosophila. when should i begin feeding them? ive never had babies before. I suspect i should seperate the other scorpion for a while until the babies can be removed

Yes. Keep mom and her brood alone. In a week or so they should molt and climb back up on her back. Both of my broods took exactly nine days to this step. They will wait a few more days to dismount after they have hardened. At this point you may collect them and move them into their own container, or containers. I keep all of mine in separate 2oz condiment cups. Pluto kept all his andros in a communal tank away from mom. It's your choice really, but keeping them separate will help avoid cannibalism and you can determine which ones are feeding and which aren't. I give them a few drops of water on a bit of the sand every few days. P. boreus need a bit more humidity than typical desert scorpions, especially as young instars.

Not sure. Mine gave birth in a burrow, and under some wood. Went to bed, no babies. Woke up... Babies. They look like they are fully formed? Moving around?
