PostSubject: Word links?   Word links? Empty8/9/2011, 7:08 pm

I've noticed lately that on some posts, it will randomly take one of my words and make it a link. I have no idea why and when I go back to retype the word it still does it. Like on one post I typed a word and it was linking it to adult content. Was wondering if this was going on with anyone else and if they knew how to stop it.

I've seen similar things on PC/harware forums where its some kind of advertising system.
Can you give a link to one of these posts? And what browser are you using?

I'm using the latest version of Firefox. I dont have a link because I always end up rewording my sentence so it doesn't happen.

Have you made a virus/adware scan lately?

I appreciate that input but I can assure you it's no virus/malware. I'm extremely carefully with my computer usage and I know how to intake information. It may be a setting on my browser due to some recent update. I appreciate the input I was just hoping someone else was getting the same thing. Also, it only happens on this forum.
