been holding a Euscorpius flavicaudis (i know right) today.. he's now eating a cricket here are some pics. i keep one in the smallest faunarium.. they look nicer than the cricket tubs, the other 3 are in
might have to spend 20 quid and buy some more small fauns

i would change yr substrate Tom just a slight sand mix yeah??? up to you though but obviously you want to try and copy their natural habitat as close as poss and when did you ever see some sat on mud lol ...saying that guess they tend to be found sat on that bit of grabite so prly not a problem at all

cheers bex. i don't have any sand at the moment. i'm sure they won't lose sleep over it lol. i will get some probably next week. i figured i have been holding the emps on the occasion, may as well hold the Euscorps, they are mega chilled by comparison

yeah ive always found the E.flavs much easier to hold compared to anything else will try some of our younger E.flavs later lol

it's difficult to pic up the juvies. i feel like they should be brittle and have to hold them daintily. it's really not the case, they are build like rocks. they are all eating.. they are gready as anything. each one has half eaten a cricket already :O
