| I had a few C. sclups from AZ molt to maturity and decided to take one female and put it with one C. exilicauda from baja and the male seems interested in mating but I couldn't stay and watch some good ol' fashion scorpion porno as I was running late for work. I guess only time will tell. -Eddy | |

| Neither do I. If the offspring are fertile, it may show just how closely these guys are related. | |

| Well when all is said and done I want try a few things. First see if I can get F1 babies. Then see if those babies can breed with one another (that would change taxanomy once again) if they dont I want to breed them with a male C. ex female C. exsclupt . Then female C. ex with male C. exsclupt. Then male C. sclupt with female C. exsclupt then female C. sclupt with male C. exsclupt. | |

| Just take very close note of who is from what parents, and make sure you keep all the offspring you don't cull. | |

| There are some color variation between the two. One is more yellow and the other orange...but I guess it's just morphs. -Eddy | |

| Sounds like an interesting experiment. I don't see why it wouldn't work out. I'm very interested to see what you come out with.

| The only problem is I would love to try it the other way around too. One female C.ex but I only have a male. | |
