As for your question, some have kept them together successfully but it is not advised to mix sp.

Yes, no.
Centruroides spp. are generally communal, but (usually) only with their own species.
C. vittatus requires much drier conditions than C. margaritatus, and the latter grows substantially larger. I highly advise against trying to cohabit them.
