little bugs in soil what do i do

i have very small bugs in my soil none that i could see on my emps, but how do i get rid of them with out harming my emps

please descriped the bugs you say you have?
Small little white ones that jump or ?
Might be cleaner mites or something.. not all things are bad

not white and very small smaller than a flea

Are they reddish in colour?

Tear drop shaped? (check under a magnifying glass)

just under the soil and they jump. just finished reading other post on mites, curious how small can pinheads be

Sounds like springtales.. you shouldnt be worried..

I agree with springtails. If they're that tiny and jumping, you've probably got springtails.
