| Does anyone know why these are on the DWA? I've been reading up a little on them and they have the same venom rating as a Hadrurus arizonensis and the sting reports of the jacksoni don't sound to bad. And considering there venom isn't medically significant it left me wondering why they are on the DWA. All ze best. Ash | |

| Because unfortunately the people who created the DWA can't be bothered to look at each species individually and make an evaluation upon it. It is much easier for them to just say the enitre Buthidae family because it covers the more potent scorps. | |
