| Well I finally got my tank set-up. So I wanted to post some pictures of it. I'll probably add a fake plant to it later on. Anyways here it is: What do you think? Any suggestions? | |

| Make sure if you do that, that it is very stable so it doesn't cause a risk of squashing them, should they wish to burrow beneath and around it. Sounds obvious, but always better to check than not to. | |

| its shallow enough for it to be... but id make it even with the substrate so that the scorpion(s) dont have to crawl over the sides, they can just walk right up to it... | |

| Have fun btw, you can ditch the rock all together. I would make some room in the tank so you can add a hide that's easier to manage, such as a piece of driftwood. A large rock collapsing may harm your scorpion. Glad you're asking for advice too. | |

| Thanks for the help everyone I just brought home my sub-adult male and put him in the tank. He walked around to both sides and went into the hides, he seems happy! I'll post pics soon. | |

Glad you're asking for advice too. yeah but why pass on the opportunity to be creative with it... i have 3 hides made of solid rock and i think it makes it look all the better (just be sure they're absolutely stable) | |
