By "her from him," I assume you have a male in the tank . . . I'd remove the male because new mothers tend to be more aggressive towards tankmates, but don't disturb the female if at all possible.
Once you have the male out, bump up humidity by pouring some water on the substrate, then ignore the new mom for at least a week to 10 days. In that time the young should molt to second instar.
Once they molt it will be a few days before they're ready to accept prey (if you shine a blacklight on them and they glow, they're ready).
From there, you have three options:
1) Keep them all in with mom
2) Put them all in their own tank together
3) Keep each in an individual container
All have pros and cons, but it's really up to you. If you keep them in with mom you can usually feed the same size prey as you'd feed her -- there's lots of observations on emperors tearing up prey to feed their young.
