| How do you go about packing scorps for shipping?
Photos would also be a help if you have them... thanks

| For packing babies, I cut a clear drinking straw in thirds, plug one end with damp paper towel, herd the scorpion in, and plug the other end.
Then I pack them in a small vial with paper towels in it for padding, then I place the vial within a well-padded box (usually padded with newspaper).
Larger scorpions, I skip the straw and go straight to the vial. This can be tricky with larger feisty species (packing Androctonus is a pain in the rear).

| I got mine from a scientific supply company of some sort . . . split an order of 250 40-dram vials with a friend.
You can also get them if you buy Ts at shows / conventions; they usually are sold in vials like that.
Deli cups work to, either leftover from actual delis or from food supply places.
Edit: You can also use tupperware-type containers, but they're not as easy to get in cheap bulk.

| Heh . . . You'll have to forgive my handwriting; straws aren't easy to write on. | |
