| I just bought two emperor scorpions and i will wait till midnight for them to come out but i dont see them much can someone tell me when they most commonly come out? sometimes they will come out but go rite back in. | |

| Usually it is indeed night when they come out, but if you leave lights on it may confuse them.
Additionally, most emperors in my experience take a few days to a week to "settle in" and get used to their new surroundings. | |

| yea i have also changed there caves around also and i only have a 5.2 gallon tank also i know they come out because the food is gone. do you ever feed them anything else besides crickets? | |

| quite a variety of feeders you can give them. Crickets, roaches, grasshoppers, meal worms...these are the more common.
I don't like dealing with roaches or meal worms, so I stick to the crickets. | |

| i am so new with owning these guys i was watching these guys dig last night they have 2 caves they have only been using 1 for the last 4 nights one came out of the one they use and hangs out for a little while then starts digging at the other cave then leaves the cave goes back to the cave they sleep in and digs a huge trench. how do you tell if they are mail or female???? | |
