I got 3 L.Mucronatus 2nd instar recently and i noticed one of them always hold the pinhead in it's chelicarae but never eat it At the morning i just found the pinhead dead on substrate.... The other 2 are doing fine and eating well This is exactly like my Hottentotta hottentotta adult symptom before she pass away
Anyone else experienced this?

She probably just isn't hungry.
I've seen scorps do this too, usually it's something to do with moulting or just being full...

Well its not even fat, and from what i experience, when they are not hungry they just wont bother to kill it, or kill it but wont hold it on the chelicarae Correct me if im wrong
