As far as I know, the whole Tityus genus is communal.

I think the only partho member is T. stigmurus.

Wait, nope, I had a brainfart. List courtesy of an old post on AB:

Tityus serrulatus
Tityus uruguayensis
Tityus columbianus
Tityus metuendus
Tityus stigmurus
Tityus trivittatus

So the answer to your first question is "no."
