Since you're not much of a T person, here's a caresheet that might come in handy. They make it sound like they're really delicate, but I haven't had any problems with my versi. Just keep it humid but well-ventilated and give them stuff to web on.

You can also tong-feed them . . . if they're hungry, hold a small roach out and they'll likely grab it from you.

Oh, and young mordax need it nice and damp. Not sure about the spinigerus . . . they're a desert species, but probably need some moisture to help molt. I had a few 2Is last year that all dried out.
