Why is Babycurus Gigas not on the DWA list?

I've had a look at the DWA list of scorpions and it does not seem to include Babycurus Gigas.
Are they meant to be on there?

mabye because the list hasn't been revised in a while and B.gigas is a relatively new species in the hobby. or mabye you just overlooked it, I dunno.

Since Babycurus sp is in the Buthidae family iam pretty sure the DWA covers B.gigas

i belive its on page 5, it says Buthidae - alle species

if it's a buthid it will be included. Names are changing all the time but they dont keep the list updated unless it's a full revision

Well they kinda dont need too since the law states that the family Buthidea is banned.. what ever happens inside that family doesnt matter

which makes me exceptionally angry!!! so lazy, they single out spiders, they ignore centipedes (though evidently they are mostly not that bad), but scorps...lets ban one of the most beautiful and varied family there is, just cause it contains a few dangerous species.!
