| The babies have just come off their mother's back. How long until i can move her into a smaller tank by herself? | |

| Even at second instar they still may run back to mom if something startles them. When I separated my female mordax from her brood, there were still three on her. | |

| you can just scoop them up with a spoon when they're out in about or use tweezers to pick them off the mum's back (that's what I did, anyway) | |

| not really, if there are scorpions moving around her back all the time she probably won't notice to much. *you could also cool her down for a little while" | |

| ^^ Put her in the fridge.
The easiest way to keep mom from flipping out is to take her out of the tank first. | |

| problem is, i have some cave as a hide and they are constantly inside it. https://www.thearkpetshop.com/image.php?f=dGVzdC8vY2FydGltYWdlcy9wcm9kdWN0cy9oYWdlbi8xNTkxNy5qcGc%3D&w=300 She is in a different position all the time and they are upside down on the ceiling, a big bunch of them either side of mum, a couple underneath her and 3 or 4 on her back by her tail. | |
