Amazing pictures, mad detail. Really impressive. You must have a steady hand they look tripod standard! I got a canon eos 500d about a month ago been playing around with it alot, taking pictures of everything. Nothing compared to those though, as you said I can't get close enough with the kit lens.

canon powershot is not bad camera, but if you wanna go close, you must buy another camera and macro lens
