The Chilean / Argentinean scorps have been popping up quite a bit in the UK market as of late. But good luck with the Tityus project.

My "grand summer" project involves lots of baby U. mordax. I had to sell off my 2I from last summer's brood when bills got big, but recently acquired five gravid females. After my experiences last summer I think I can have much better success rates, and between these five females, could get up to 125 babies.

Yeah there are a few chilean sp. coming over here, it's great to see them. but you need the money at the time because as soon as they appear they are snapped up.

Nothing.... absolutely nothing.

This is great. Jut what the hobby needed. I don't know if it's just me but it seems the scorpion hobby has been dying down. Lets hope that with some new species and new scientific data it will spark interest in the hobby again. Kinda like a scorp renaissance.

I'm going to go with parthenogenic Tityus dedoslargos. I don't know if that species can even be parthenogenic, but I can't think of any other species your pic reminds me of.
