how cold does it get where you are?

its been raining for like 2 weeks straight where i liv its got down below 24 deg cel
and these scorps are from the middle of the desert and atleast half of their tank has to be at 27+ just for the adults and 29 for the babies and the heat mat kicked the bucket and the whole tank was at 22 deg i was so glad the mother didnt die, ive now gone out and got a better quality mat now .... heres a tip SPEND THE MONEY dont buy cheap thinking it'll save ya a few dollars money its worth spending the extra few $$

anyhow on a lighter note im getting a breeding pair of giant millipeades soon pics will be up in the next month or so they r awsome can grow over 150mm long only costing me $90 with tank, heat mat and substrate.....they eat strawberries.......
