| Great collection!
Just to add, you should change your substrate in the Heterometrus tank to coco fibre as it enables them to burrow and allows leniance with humidity.
Don't use bark chips as the scorp cannot naturally burrow if it becomes too hot.

| welcome! stunning collection, mate. great pics as well. i really like the O glabifrons, especially that video...it extends its chelicerae so far! the A australis looks amazing too, you've managed to capture all its great characteristics. P transvaalicus is a favourite of mine too, as is B jacksoni. but i like them all! beautiful setups as well.
and a guitarist too! | |

| Thanks everyone!
I'll be redoing the humid box soon for both the het and the glabrifronis with coco fiber and a false bottom so they can burrow more. Also getting a separate 20 gallon tank so I can split them up for more room to roam!
Is there anyone on the board in the Central Florida area?
"The Lycan Mikey", If you are ever in the Orlando area, there is a local pet shop that carries all these sp. pretty regularly, esp B. jacksoni's if you ever wanted to pick up some new scorps. | |
