| they are still young. no need to feed them until they are second instar. when they hit 2nd instar, offer the mum a cricket. she will probably share it with her brood. | |

| I'd wait a little longer than just until they hit 2I -- they have to harden up a bit after the first molt. | |

| I would say wait for 2I when they are off mums back. I dont know how these mothers are with their young but as tropical I would say they are safe with her... If it was me...when 2I I would pop into the tank some head crushed crickets and see how they all deal with that | |

| nope,i have been keeping them communally, but now this girl is being seperated. i was surprised because the brood was really quite small, which is only 12 offsprings produced, very unlike the spinifers. | |

| Im sure ive seen someones feeding the babies springtails not sure how youde get a hold of spring tails tho lol, other than that you could maybe try small meal worms cut up n the babies can suck the juices out, worked when i had to feed 2nd instar Heterometrus Swammerdami babies at my last job. | |

| fruitflies work great. But just wait to they harden. BTW i've never seen mom "share" food with the young and i really suspect that it's a myth. Don't feed mom just yet. | |

| Not a myth darling, ive seen my het female. She caught food for them, damaged it and then carried it around and showed them all and then ushered them all to the prey items and they all fed.
But pre killed crickets dumped in when they are 2I and off her back and they will feed for themselves | |
