| What and how do you feed these little guys? I just got some today, and some Vaejovis Carolinianus which were even smaller. Just curious as to how you feed these little guys. | |

| you could offer them some larger, headcrushed crickets/roaches. they are half dead and twitch around in the substrate, younger scorps seem to readily accept these. | |

| Alternatively feed them younger (smaller) crickets or small roaches. Just put it in the enclosure and let the scorps do their thing. | |

| ^ This is what I do.
Its ok if the if the crix are as large or slightly larger then the Jacksoni you'd be surprised on what they can take down. Just make sure you remove any uneaten remains. Not sure if this is ok for the V. Carolinianus never had any, so I don't know how they would react to larger pray.

| Feed them ~2 pinheads per week. All you have to do is throw them in and they'll find them sooner or later | |

| They're scavengers as much as they are hunters. You can leave cricket limbs, heads, or the torso, and they will eat it if they're hungry. You could also check to see if a pet shop around you carries "pin-head" crickets. | |

| Well so far the jacksonis are going strong. Every one of them ate im happy with that! My V.Carolinianus are so small ive no clue what to feed them. Ive chopped up the small crickets and laid them around like above post said. B jacksons are about size of a dime, not as wide but ya know. But V. Carolinianus are about the size of a sharpened pencil tip. They cant be bigger then the letters in these posts (on laptop size screen)
Ill keep trying different things, they have to grow some how

| I've got a baby tarantula about that size. I put in a baby lobster roach (pretty tiny) and the T ran off. Hopefully it'll molt before I have to feed it. | |
