| <Split topic 'cause there were way too many pics for the page to load easily> Today's show had the best selection of scorpions I've ever seen! Here's what I came away with (after spending way more than I should have): 0.0.1 Androctonus amoreuxiMy first fat-tail! Even though this species doesn't have a very "fat" tail, it's still an Androctonus. 1.1.0 Hadogenes paucidensMaybe in two or three years I'll have babies. 0.0.4 Vaejovis spinigerusHere's the big one in the corner (I think it's an adult): 1.1.0 Pandinus cavimanus (I sexed these guys myself, otherwise I wouldn't have gotten them -- and MAN are they feisty! Threat display pics are Lori's contribution to ScorpionForum.)

| I think I like flatrocks because they're weird. I remember your A. amoreuxi, Venom -- these guys are pretty cool, aren't they? I can't wait until I get to feed him. (Or her, I think -- underneath was / \ instead of /\.) | |

| Oh, they lunge! I almost got tagged trying to sex them at the show. I doubt these guys are adults though, so they may calm down when they grow. | |

| Got everyone home and fed -- the andro had to get the roach when I wasn't looking. All the V. spinigerus are in a 2.5 gallon community, so we'll see how that goes. | |
