| Well I found one in my backyard that looked like it was getting ready to die. It was all dried up and had been on the move for a while judging my the slime marks. So I put him in a container with moist coco fiber. Well 2 days later I have 8 clear eggs about the size of airsoft bbs. Anyone have any info? I know they feed off of vegetation. I put a carrot in there but I don't thing that will cut it. I'll post pics when I can borrow a camera. | |

| Well they are pests really I guess so I wuld say they will eat pretty much anything But if you want the best of the bst I would look up Giant african land snail diets and I assume the same diet would work fr a slug | |

| Give 'em various fruits and veggies. Softer probably better.
Any idea what species? We get some huge banana and leopard slugs out here, and they're pretty cool. | |

| The snails that I kept as a kid often made a terrible smell if not cleaned often. I do like how pretty the banana slugs are though. | |

| The great grey slugs, limax maximus, will feed on most plant matter but also do feed on a great deal of fungus and mold. | |
