So I decided to put my spinifer with my emps

Few days have passed and it's all good.
That leaves em with an extra tank.

I hope it turns out ok -- that spinifer his huge!

Relative to the Het, the emp is tiny.

Relative to the emp, the Het is huge.

It's all a matter of perspective.

Well, nothing has happened. They all live normally.
I'm even thinking of adding another het.
What if I manage to put a Cavimanus?!
Nah, those are too crazy. I read of them being cool for months then randomly eating their mates.

Well, it's cool that it's working out, but I agree with you on keeping the cavimanus out. My two immatures are separated until they're old enough to breed.

And you know what that meant :p

I didn't say they wouldn't try.

Are you sure that genera are an effective barrier? I've seen hybrid tarantulas between different species in one genera, so it's not too much of a stretch . . . they're in the same family, anyway.

Mike, it's possible i suppose but highly unlikely

Be an interesting thing to find out, if their gestations weren't so long. Probably slim to none chances like you said, though.
