I just put my desert hairy in actual sub. she can dig in last week. (on sunday) She hasn't came out once and is just chillin down in her burrow. Is it normal for them to stay in their burrows for long periods of time?

Yeah definatly. I bet she comes out while your sleeping though.

Okay yeah she probably does. I just hope she molts when shes not in her burrow cuz I want her molt.

I always try to save the molts and somehow keep losing them the or blowing them away

i've loast loads of molts from blowing away around the place! I might be getting a desert hairy soon

Try putting molts in small airtight containers. I've found my microscope slide boxes (like what I shipped your scorps in, Eddy) work good for smaller molts.
And yeah, it's normal R-Dawg. Almost any scorp that burrows can be considered a pet hole. I haven't seen my Hadrurus in almost a month.
