Subject: 3 month old scorplings 8/20/2008, 3:30 pm
my scorplings are nearly 3 months old and still are 2nd instar will their next moult be any time soon?
i'm starting to worry about them all the conditions are fine in the tank and they are acting fine, it's just this second moult.
can anyone help me?

well it usualy depends on the conditions. if it is too cold, they will slow down and they will take longer to grow. if it is to dry, they may try and wait till it becomes more humid. what do they look like? are they nice and slim, or fat?

They all seem to do it at different rates. I have a tank full of scorplings and loads moulted into 3I leaving the others months behind. conditions the same for all yet some did it faster then others. I guess feeding must play a part too. Dont worry, when they are ready they will be ready to moult xxx

I have three little guys left there about the same age as yours and two of them seemed to take forever to molt but yesterday one did, and they didnt even look like they were going to but he did. now theres one left
