Did they molt in your care, or are they WC adults? Lots of WC females come in already gravid. Actually, all three in the photos look possibly gravid (though the S. maurus may just be in premolt).

Vaejovis spinigerus: Looks gravid. S. mesanensis looks premolt and SMP looks...i cant tell but if i had to guess...gravid.

I've had these for months. The S. mesanensis for almost a year and it might be male. Vaejovis might also be male, and Scorpio maurus palmatus is premolt.

You are right about the S.maurus being premolt, but the other two may be males. I'm not very good at sexing them.

Dunno about the others, but post a shot of the pectines of your V. spinigerus. They're pretty easy to sex.
