| H.Arizonensis gestation period can last upto a year unfortunately lol it can be shorter though
oh and i think most buthids have a gestation period of 3-7 months, obviously it can be a lot more
but yeah buthids have shorter ones. but you cant have them anyway till your older lol | |

| i think it depends on where your scorp is from. if it is from a really hot country (where most buthids are from) and the conditions are perfect it could be considerably shorter. | |

| in general all buthids have shorter "pregnancies" than those from the other families, i think the family scorpidae have the longest theres can go up to 18 months | |

| i heard something about females sometimes storing sperm and halting embryo development til conditions were right... wouldn't that confuse matters, and make it potentially alot longer than technically necessary? if it's true i mean! | |
