| Well after a nerve-wracking morning waiting for parcel delivery this little male finally turned up. It was supposed to arrive saturday by 1pm special delivery but chuffing royal mail didn't deliver it! Anyhow it has arrived safe and sound and ALIVE! Its a lot smaller than i thought it would be (about 2cm)! it had a drink, promptly caught and stung to death a 2i black cricket and went under the pile of bark chippings. I had to do another critter keeper because the one i had prepared was FAR to big! Here he is....   | |

| i know, i was excited when i saw them for sale...i had not heard of them, but i'd been wanting some scorps with mottled markings...and since i can't get Buthids (stupid laws!!!) like Lychas asper (WANT!)...i am always on the hunt.
was great Lisa got some too...i am going to attempt mating her male with my females this weekend!
bit sad, this may be the last time we see this species, since Chile is stopping exports, or so i've heard.
