Hello everyone, this is my first post (i'm a new member).
I found this guy/girl walking on a desert on the coast of Ancash, Peru. I'd like to get some help to ID him/her.
I took 2 pics:

Hi Piero,

welcome to the forum. This website doesn't have a great deal of visitors at the moment, so it's unlikely that you'll get an accurate ID here.

I have sent the pictures to somebody who may be able to identify your scorpion.

Hi Piero,

I have received a reply from Michiel Cozijn. It reads.......

''Wow! it is a Brachistosternus species, that I can guarantee you. It is a female. I cannot tell which species. It is quite a complex genus...it looks like a pale form of B. ehrenbergii....but I cannot ID down to species level satisfactorily....''

Thank you! And thanks to Michiel Cozijn. That's cool, she was aprox. 5 centimeters.
Few days ago a friend catched other scorpion on her living room, it's bigger than the scorpion in the pics before. I'll send you the photos when i take it. She want to know about his/her venom and the possible danger.
