| Please help me identify my purchase.. I have ten of these critters arriving soon and I was planning on housing them in a desert set up like this one, granted with some more vertical hiding and climbing spots as I know they are not burrowers. I was recently told, however, that they prefer more humidity than the desert spp, such as the H. arizonensis I keep, because they live higher up into the mountains than the true deserts do, appreciate more fauna and maybe even some peat or slightly dampened cocoa fiber. All this, though, coming from someone who espoused upon another thread in another forum but confessed to not having kept any themselves, or any scorpion honestly, only tarantulas. Before I confuse myself even further, please someone help to ID these with me (hard I know cause the pic isn't detailed enough but I was told it was an "Arizona Bark scorpion). I asked if it were a C. sclupt or vitt but got no reply. THEN, after ID, I will search for the appropriate care sheet, as there are lots and lots of really great ones here on the site. Thanks in advance, Kelly | |
