| I think the substrate needs to be changed, but i don't want to destroy my emp's burrows. What do i do? Do i change the substrate and disturb their habitat, or do i let them live in substrate that keeps getting older? How often do you guys change your emp's substrate? Sorry for the newb question :p | |

| Why do you feel the need to change it? Ruining their burrow is fine as they will just re-do it, but make sure there's no dead food items, feces, etc. in there before you do. | |

Agreed. Why'd you wanna change it? Unless there's a mite, worm or ant infestation, a substrate change is not recommended | |
