House the young communally, mash up a roach and/or mealworm and place that on a small square of greaseproof paper, place the small piece of paper flat on the ground in the communal enclosure, remove paper before the food becomes disgusting and replace....continue until you can obtain suitable sized feeders or your young grow to a size where feeding them isn't so problematic.
You really should have researched their requirements before you got them and made sure you had suitable food ready for them.
