Ok cool sounds good, let me know if you want any of those scorps and I will see what I can do now here we do have some desert tarantulas, although the ones crawling in the desert at night are horny males looking for a good time, but then they die shortly afterwards. The females live forever, but are seldom above ground....... Chuckwallas I believe get up to 18 inches, and provided they are not collected from a State park, they can be collected and sold etc. I usually only see them at state parks, although I do recall seeing one at a ladies home in Scottsdale recently. They are selling on BackwaterReptiles.com for $109.00 each PLUS $40 shipping, I would never dream of charging that much. They are really cool herbivore lizards though, I think next time ill specifically look for these guys, nobody has ever requested them before. I think this weekend I may head out on a collecting trip again, if you are still interested in any ill let you know what I find. Thanks

I can get all scorpions (Desert Hairies, Striped Devils, Bark) I can get Camel spiders usually, sometimes I find Tailless Whip scorpions in Scottsdale, I can get Hercules beetles and Giant centipedes at the end of August from Payson, Ant lions, possibly Vinageroons from Tucson, Black Widows and some other random bugs. Reptile-wise I can get Western Banded geckos (small but VERY cute ), Red racer snakes, Gopher snakes, some species of Skinks, Clark's Spiny lizards, and stuff like that. I have never mailed reptiles before but I assume its similar to mailing bugs. If any of these critters sound good to you, let me know what you want and ill do my best to find what you want

This is my 2nd post/thread thing I ever made in my life. Hope I'm doing everything right. Im all so new to scorpions too. Fascinated by them! I have  collected 15 as pets. Some from San Diego areas, others from out east of Calexico, California. I have a wonderful understanding wife. For her sake I will NOT have anything live in the house that has the potential to be deadly.

However I would love to have a  Centruroides exilicauda (Wood 1863) that is preserved in alcohol that I could study up cloose. Could you help me with that and how much?

I am interested in a couple of barks, do you happen to have any available?

I have read they are a communal desert species is this true to your knowledge? I am looking for a species that you can keep more then one together with out to much canabilistic risk. so i guess about 4 or 5?

Yes they can be housed together, iv never ever had any of mine canabalise one another. Their claws are to weak and they are immune to their own venom so cannot harm each other. Plus they just kind of like hanging out together it seems ok so I sell Barks for $8 a piece, but for multiple scorps ill do alot cheaper. I will do 5 for $30 and priority mailing/packaging etc for $10. If this sounds like a deal then I can have the little guys on their way to you on Monday no problem. Keep in mind these critters are pretty nasty in terms of venom/aggressiveness, but it makes them that little bit cooler lol. I always send one extra, free of charge, just incase!

Could we wait to ship them so that I get them on a saturday? I go to work and school all week. I am not sure that would even be possible.
