Is it normal for Centruroides gracilis to molt on the ground? I came home today to find one of them had molted like that. It had bark and came out fine but I thought that doesn't usually happen.

Yes most of my C.gracilis have molted on the ground if they're anything like my T.stigmurus. First few instars tend to molt on the ground while subadults will molt hanging on bark. Also these brood has been highly cannabilistic during molts. Yesterday I saw 4 eating 1 molting scorp. Sucks.
