| Feeder roaches have a better nutritional value than crickets. Mealworms are fine every once in a while, but they should not be used as a staple due to their high fat content.
A scorpion's diet should consist primarily of crickets or roaches, with the optional mealworm (or other insect larva) thrown in. | |

| +1 on above. Roaches are the best way to go, but they're more of a pain to deal with. | |
