| You can order water crystals online, or feed them juicy fruits like oranges. | |

| Getting some of these soon. Water and tissue works fine, so will water dish with small pebbles to prevent drowning. They also love citrus fruits. What are you feeding them? | |

| I would avoid the tissue in the water dish method for two reasons...1) mold/bacteria and 2) the roaches will likely ingest some of it, which then gets fed to the scorpion. Water gel crystals can be purchased online in dry form...just add water! | |

| A cotton swab into the saucer needs. Just not enough fruit. | |

| As it's been said, the problem with using tissue, cotton balls, and what not in the water dish is that it's a breeding ground for mold and bacteria.
Frankly a shallow water dish with some stones is fine.
Also, when feeding them fruits and vegetables, there isn't a need to have a water dish in the tank; so you may want to consider changing up the diet in the meantime if a shallow water dish and gel water isn't available. | |

| You can also find water gel crystals at gardening centers. They're used as a soil additive for watering plants. | |
