Asian Forest Scorpion looking for a proper Latin name

I got some good suggestions for pics to determine the exact species of this guy but Im not sure I got good enough ones or good enough focused ones. Please let me know if you can determine the correct Latin name.

Any chance you could get a clear shot of the carapace?

Looks to be either a H. petersi or H. laoticus from the dark telson and absence of obvious internal tubercle on the patella.
