It's called juddering.
It's usually part of the mating ritual but most of the time only males do it.

Well if they were both males they wouldn't judder right? And they would be trying to kill each other because they sleep together plus the female is as big as him but the telson is still white?maybe discoloration or not full grown?

Sometimes juddering can also be a sign of dominance, so yes 2 males could judder.
Not saying it's impossible for a female to judder, but it definitely would be unusual.

back when i got my first emperor i would tease it with my tongs and try and make him mad (i was a noob, yes.) and after it would also vibrate rapidly, it would walk and then stop and do it again. So i guess in my situation he was frightened or scared maybe idk. if they fight often you should probably separate the bully.

Both my males have moved on (i.e Died D:) i miss them. My female Aries she dose this thing like a mantis kinda like clapping every time i go to feed them. Its almost like she protecting the others it seems. I got to get another male

No they don't fight often plus she doesn't burrow and he's dug a huge one so they sepeerate themselves it seems but again. She has red tinted claws when not under the light is that an emperor or a red claw

It should be identifiable once you post up a pic in good lighting..
