They are only 1-2cm?? I always thought they were a big species, something like 12+ cm :embarassed: The smoothness and roundness of the tail is pretty interesting too.

Yes, they are the smallest specie in my deserts collection. Quite a challenge to breed these little guys. So far.. i've only seen hauser's success with them.

i had a female but could never find a male so i sold her.

Agree.. and the tail sometimes moves in a erratic vibrating motion at times.. lolz Smile

If he has no allergic reactions to scorpion venom, no it won't. Points to consider includes the proper securing of these little buggers.. due to their tiny size, they are harder to retrieve when escaped. Another point is the patience involve in nuturing them due to their long molting intervals. They look great in photos but mostly stays hidden under a slate, hence its advisable for your friend to do a detailed research upon a specie before a decision is made to buy Smile
