Subject: Caterpillar maggots?! 8/17/2011, 7:06 am
I caught an elephant hawk caterpillar the other day on some fuschias, and kept it in a jar. This morning I looked at it and it was dead, with a big hole in its skin and four huge white maggot things crrawling around it!! Any idea what's happened here? It had started to look a bit shrivelled the day before. Any ideas what just happened?
