Can my scorpions be saved?

Hello Everyone!

I bought an Asian forest scorpion along w/ its babies a month ago. The owner had no idea about caring and just said the babies already had their first molt. Anyhoo here's my setup:

The mother is on a separate tank, 2 babies are together in a small microwavable container (they are about the same size), and the third smallest baby is on a KFC gravy container(the large ones).

Just a while ago I notice egg-like stuff on the two scorplings. The mother and the runt had none.

update:

one of the 2 bigger scorplings just molted. the runt is just starting to molt. hope it doesn't die. its barely moving.

A setup is usually more than whatever odd containers you've housed your scorpions in. Sustrate, temp, humidity and feeding regime could also be included.
Your 1st pic shows a young instar Heterometrus sp with quite an advanced mite infestation. Search for mites and how to "try" and deal with them throughout this and other scorpion related forums.
Your 2nd picture shows an "exuvia" or dried exoskeleton and is not a carapace. The carapace is the "head plate" of a scorpion and other inverts

Lastly, scorps don't move much apart from an occasional wiggle and such when they are moulting. Disturbing a scorp at that point can often lead to fatalities so best to leave it alone and let it get on with it.
