| it moves sideways and has a black telson. Its an adult because the scorplings have white telsons *seen pics online*. also...body black and legs brown..dont know an Het like that in my travels
I am pretty sure Iomachus Politus...but that could change with another ID ALSO!<--this is an edit...it rests upside down on the cork bark. The way it is in the picture is just the bark being turned upside down! So it doesnt rest under the hide flat on the floor, but flat on its ceiling!

| I just had a look at what you thought....im not sure. Im still leaving towards Iomachus Politus. Not to worry, I just need to get some climbing "toys" for the little guy when I get paid. Also read on AB that I need to keep humidity up and in doing so, the little one will be more active...not that I mind. Im not one to need a show xxxxxx | |

| well, i think its a not bad buy since I was after a longimanus! shame on me for not looking correctly! Ive learnt from this mistake. I was going to return the little one...but knowing how dumb the shop can be, he is better off with me! Mummy will look after him. Mummy will get him some more fun things to climb. Looks empty with two small pieces of cork bark!...must get a small teeny water bowl! Only thing...question of feeding...small cricket will be ok? I dont fancy using anything smaller then a small cricket! | |

| Would you like me to ask Kari Mcwest? I think we pretty much narrowed down the family it belongs to and they're arent that many genuses in that family and we can scratch out Licholes and Hadogenes. | |

| i was looking it up on google and this is what i came across for you Iomachus politus Common names: Some suplliers in US use the name Tanzanian Long-Claw Scorpion Venom: No data have been found, but this species is as harmless, as the other genera of the Ischnuridae. It is not aggressive, and do not attempt to sting when provoked.
sound to me like you get yourself an Iomachus Politus to me
