You need to get a picture of the pectines (feather/comb shaped organs under the body) in order to sex it.

Looks female although the picture is a little out of focus. She also looks kinda chubby might be gravid.

look's female to me aswell.
you wont have to do much if she is gravid just keep her well fed an separate any scorpling's once they have moulted twice an spend hardly any time on her back, when young she will break any food up into little bit's for the babie's
