Do any of you think that it's possible to crossbreed an emperor with an Asian forest scorpion? Has anyone done it? Can it be done?

I'm also gonna try to breed the biggest and strongest emperors, hopefully I could breed some avg 8" scorpions or larger. Has anyone tried that before? How big did you manage to get them to be?

I'm not sure if anyone has tried it, and if they have, it is highly unlikely that anything would have come of it.

Some very closely related species (from same genus) can hybridise and people have bred them and produced hybrids. However, crossbreeding species and creating hybrids is frowned upon in the scorpion keeping hobby, so be prepared to get a hell of a lot of stick for it if you do try.

I don't know how you would test emperor scorpions for strength and breed this 'trait' into the next generation but you may have success breeding larger emperors if you can source some large individuals to start off with.

FRom what I know, they have to be in the same genus inorder to produce young. A Pandinus imperator with a P. cavimanus might breed and produce young, but they would not be fertile.

I personally wonder if it isn't harmful for the animals to even try. I think it would cause unnecessary stress and that would be very bad for the scorpion.
