I don’t have any cash for a prize, but these contest used to be so much fun. So why not. Let’s have a picture contest just for fun. I might pick up some prizes some time year for these contests and if I do I’ll make sure the winner of this one get something. But for now let’s just say this is just for fun and not take it so seriously.
So anyone who’s been keeping up with my threads will notice that I’ve been gone for a while and since I just got back in the hobby this year I’ve had my first molt. This molting process is a very interesting one. It’s a time of vulnerability for scorpions so soft and fragile. But this is the time when all the vibrant colors express themselves for a short time before the exo hardens and dulls the color. So let’s have a before and after contest. Post up a picture of your scorpion before the molt and one right after. (I’ll also accept one right after a molt and the other after it hardens). Contest ends Feb 17 2013.
