Arrival of my two adult Pandinus Cavimanus

Good to hear! Most of the time I read that the females are the ones that like to burrow much
And the males prefer a different hide. But hey, we are all different so why not scorps:)

My red claws seem to be backward. I've heard the males are suppose to be more aggressive, but my female is the meaner one. And now the digging thing. I hope I'm not doing something wrong. I'm meeting all their requirements to the best of my knowledge. Maybe their temperaments were just mixed up after the move in. They are just now getting settled in, after all.

And I must be doing something right, because the female is eating all her food now, as soon as it is offered.

I wouldn't worry to much. Before she dug here hidey hole my scorpy decided to hang on the wall , she crept between the lid and the background.
And now she has a burrow and displays " natural" behavior by sitting in front of the hide claws open. It takes time.
