| When you buy crickets at the store how long do you like to "gut load" them on fruits and veggies? I usually try to do it for about 24 hours but was curious what others do. Thanks! | |

| Anywhere from 4 to 24 hours. They dont have a large digestive tract so if you wait a while its worthless. I also gut load them on dry cat food. | |

| I do it for 24 hours usually. However, if I'm caught short of stock and have to get some I leave it around 6-10 hours. | |

| Thanks, that is pretty much what I do. I usually have Flukers cricket food, fresh veggies and/or fruit, and a moistened folded paper towel in their cage. They seem to like all three. I usually try to gut load them the day before I feed the critters. | |
