Subject: Earwigs as Feeders? 7/2/2012, 9:07 pm
Earwig season has started, and I was wondering if they were able to be fed to scorps. I know they should be killed first, but afterwards, would scorps like them?

Some scorpions would take it if they are hungry but try to stick with farm-bred feeders e.g. Roaches/crickets and occasional meal/super worms.
It's hard to anticipate what has came into contact with wild collected feeders.

Okay, thanks. I kind of figured that that would be the problem.

I agree with GS, although they would probably have no issues with eating them, unless they are captive farmed I'd be worried about contaminants and parasites.
